Update on the V2.0 integration: we have passed the 50% mark!

What can you do to help:
- checkout the V2.0 from SVN
- test V2.0 by using it with your current apps, or create some small projects with it
- report bugs and/or improvements in track

Most of the V2.0 branch is full Backwards Compatible with V1.1.1
Things that are not (or at least look different):
- replaced QCalendar with jQuery calendar.
- removed QCalendarPopup (use QCalendar instead)
- replaced QDialog with jQuery dialog box
