Would it be possible to turn on trac notices (emails)? Or is it turned on but only the reporter is getting an email?
I think everyone, who is a part of a ticket and set his/her email, should get an email if something changed. I know emails will be sent, if user is in author or CC list. Can it be achieved somehow?

For example, there are some tickets I'd like to follow or discuss. But sometimes I miss the changes in timeline and might forget about tickets. If I got an email in case of reply/comment, it would be easier to follow.
