Is there a step-by-step tutorial for upgrading from 1.1.1 for 1.0.2?

This might seem trivial but I think having the step by step instruction is helpful and eases over adoption.

I have looked at this and it seems like an aweful like of individual files that need to be mv'd:

I believe so. We definitely need something more robust, if you're up to it, we'd really appreciate it.
