QEmail Server not sending because of Spam Assassin...only sending mails to myself right now...

I am getting errors trying to use QEmail server because of Spam Assassin.

I'm only sending pre-formatted emails to myself, not sure what the problem is, any suggestions on remedying or bypassing?
