Congratulations, everyone! QCubed is pleased to announce that, thanks to all the efforts by the community, we are releasing the QCubed 1.0.0 Stable.
This release includes dozens of bug fixes (changelog). The goal of the release is to provide a stable platform that developers can build businesses on. The Core Contributors are committed to maintaining the 1.0 stable branch to fix security and serious functionality issues.
Download QCubed 1.0.0 Stable today!
In the meantime, we are starting work on the 1.1 release - this is where all the new, exciting features will be added. Here's the long list of things we'll be working on. MySQL stored procedure support? Yes! Oracle adapter? Sure! Performance improvements? Hell yes! Unit and functional testing framework integrations? Of course!
And now, as always, we need your help. If you've written custom code for QCubed or QCodo that you think might be useful for others, and are interested in sharing it, please let us know - post a note on the forums or just open a ticket.

I just went live with my first QCubed 1.0 project. It works great, and my client was so pleased with how quickly I was able to develop it. They'll be even more pleased when they want upgrades and they see how quickly I can edit the code for their needs. Thanks for all your hard work to keep this framework going. I had almost given up hope.
Congratulations!
Hi,
Thank you for the great work!
1.0.0!!
BTW
'QCODO_VERSION' have to be updated.
it shows still RC2.
Great catch! Thanks, wikiall!
I've just updated the QCODO_VERSION in the 1.0 branch.. We need to re-label and re-create the .zip and .tar.gz files - can someone take care of that, please?
Hi,
I am planning to build a small web application with a php framwwork and have looked around to decide which is the best to use.
I stumbled across Qcodo on a Codeigniter forum and had a look and play and it looks good. I them noticed Qcubed and was wondering which to go with Qcubed or Qcodo?
The release of Qcubed 1.0.0 after what looks like a great effort has made my mind up for me. I'll be using Qcubed initially for fun but then for business.
Thanks
Tony
QCubed is the evolution of QCodo. QCodo sadly stopped any development over a year ago, but the community was to passionate to let the project die; we've built QCubed with the desire to have a stable platform that doesn't depend on a single contributor (like QCodo did) that will continue growing, while providing a stable platform to build the business on.
With QCubed 1.0, I feel that we're well on our way towards that vision. Join us!
That sounds like a great way forward. I can't help out with coding at present - I'd like to get up to speed with the framework first, but I can certainly help with documentation / tutorials etc.
cheers
Tony

Great work people. I liked the Qcubed as a rapid development rapid learning tool.
couldn't agree more with mitsang.
('Great rapid development-rapid learning framework' == true) && ('the community behind it is one of the best developer communities out there I've encountered' == true); // :)
