Congratulations, everyone! QCubed is pleased to announce that, thanks to all the efforts by the community, we are releasing the QCubed 1.0 RC2.

This release includes dozens of bug fixes and multiple new examples (changelog). The goal of the release is to provide a stable platform that developers can build businesses on. The Core Contributors are committed to maintaining the 1.0 stable branch to fix security and serious functionality issues.

We will now await for your feedback to make sure 1.0 is indeed as stable as we want it to be; if all is well, we will declare RC2 a final 1.0 release in a couple weeks.

In the meantime, we will also start work on the 1.1 release - this is where all the new, exciting features will be added. Here's the long list of things we'll be working on. MySQL stored procedure support? Yes! Oracle adapter? Sure! Performance improvements? Hell yes! Unit and functional testing framework integrations? Of course!

And now, as always, we need your help. If you've written custom code for QCubed or QCodo that you think might be useful for others, and are interested in sharing it, please let us know - post a note on the forums or just open a ticket.
