Push for v2.0.2 - Let's label it a Stable Release
Fri, 07/23/2010 - 14:42
There hasn't been any bugs found in 2.0.1 that I'm aware of (apart from a broken date example).
I'd really like to see 1.1 moved from our last "stable" release into maintenance mode, but this means we need a 2.0 based stable release.
What do you guys think about testing the hell out of 2.0.1, then releasing a bug-fixed 2.0.2 as the new official stable release?

To facilitate this, I've made some new milestones in our ticketing system:
2.0.2 stable - For urgent bug fixes needed to label this release "stable"
2.0.3 - for urgent improvements and bug fixes in the 2.0 line
2.1.0 - for desired features that are not urgent, and may not be worked on right away, and should not block any releases of the 2.0 line
Agreed. Let's ask everybody who can run their applications on the current 2.0 branch (i.e. the upcoming 2.0.2), to start testing it as extensively as possible, so we don't have any obvious bugs in 2.0.2 stable.
I'll also move couple of tickets to 2.1 milestone.

Agreed, sounds like a solid plan.
I have a patch for the Date issue. I'll be creating a ticket and attaching a patch shortly. Also, QJqButton doesn't take ->Text (it has ->Label) and I have a patch for that too.
Sweet! Thanks, cliff!
You guys rock!!
