Please somebody should check the 2.0.2 version of Qcubed, it gave me this warning when I tried executing it on my host account where the 1.0 version is still working till date.

WARNING:
Set the __VIRTUAL_DIRECTORY__ constant in includes/configuration/configuration.inc.php. Most likely value: "/xxdyy/lib/qcubed202/assets/_core/php/_devtools/"

As far as I know, I am not using virtual directories on this account, I have the permanent full path to my files and I have been using it that way for a while now. So this is pretty strange to me.

Even before this last warning, it threw up a lot of errors about some folders being writeable. I handled those by changing the folder permissions. However, note that the version 1.0 never asked for all these when I uploaded my app into the same account and space, it just ran without questions.
