"How to" Structure a Management Application, A.K.A Backoffice or Backend, that supports multiple themes or skins using the MVC pattern based construction as presented in QCubed Framework.

It goes without saying, that I find extremely easy and fun doing this. It was even easier to do this work with QCubed than I do with CakePHP some long time ago that is supposedly an award-winning framework, lol.
