http://qcu.be/doc/api/hierarchy.html should be publicly available even in its current state, it is better than nothing I think. The new theme has made it somewhat usable.
The problem is not the theme - the issue is that this documentation is out of date, and we have no active owner at this point. Can someone step up to revive the API docs and take them to the next level?
Hm, I thought the API was all set up to auto generate itself. We definitely need this. We at least need to get a discussion going on the best way to achieve this. I can help, but I am on a limited time budget.
The API working group slowly dissolved as the interest of those that were in it has dropped. That royally sucks; I want to see this reinvigorated. Let's continue the discussion on that Wiki page.
I at least want the API to re-generate itself. Connecting the documentation to drupal is completely secondary in my mind.
Here's the current API root; remember that it's very much of a work in progress.

Whatever happened with the discussion group http://trac.qcu.be/projects/qcubed/wiki/ApiWorkGroup

Made a documentation patch for all QControls, that offers code completion of the control properties in all modern ide's like netbeans.
This will also help generating better documentation with phpdoc.
